we adore daylight savings time! that one less hour of sleep is a small price to pay for a bit more sunshine. it seems to have a big impact on everyone's mood to be able to go home after a long day at work and still have time for a bike ride, a walk on the beach, a swim with the kids or the dogs.
it's the kai lifestyle to enjoy the great outdoors and the more we can get of it the happier we are. a bit more vitamin d is a good thing (just don't forget the sunscreen)!
time to embrace the time change. get outside and enjoy! i for one will be playing tennis after work, going for hikes, biking to dinner. even just relaxing outside with a cocktail and having a nice chat with loved ones. this is my favorite time of year, but i think i say that about every day and every season. glass half full, which is the way i like to live life.
