how are you taking care of yourself and your loved ones during this time? are there certain things that are proving to be sources of motivation/inspiration? if so, please feel free to share.
focusing on taking time to meditate, exercise and/or have a self-care experience at least 4-5 times a week. i try to focus on surrounding myself with people who have a positive mindset and a great attitude - that really helps me stay motivated.
how do you embody kai's "breath*life*flow" lifestyle?
incorporating unstructured days with the family. we live in a life filled with schedules and structure. it helps me really appreciate life and think big picture when i have less structure once in a while - just go with the flow and do whatever we feel like doing that day.
what's the best advice you've ever received?
don't be afraid to fail.
do you have a mantra you live by?
live your life and enjoy it like you have only five years to live.
what's your beauty secret? or must have beauty product?
Clear and Brilliant twice a year, and Milbon hair repair serum!
go-to lipstick color?
Influencer from Hourglass.
who is your role model?
my mom. she's classic, timeless, smart and extremely practical.
how would you describe your personal style?
what do you love most about where you live? any secret spots you love to go to?
i love the spontaneity, energy and culture of NYC. i love Marea, Mermaid Inn and Sushi Nonaka. i love Central Park on a cool fall day. just love walking in the park with my music on, warm jacket or sweater and just having some quiet alone time to think and reflect.
favorite date spot?
South of France. my favorite place.
chocolate cake with berries.
body butter in rose.
morning person or night owl?
raspberry creme pie!
ideal way to relax/ unwind?
hot bath with music.
thank you... jessica!
How sad is this - a son would expect his mum to be strong (i.e. support Asians), have a sense of pride, self-respect, dignity...while all you care about is stupid clothes, some white guy who has NEVER LIVED A DAY in the shoes of Asians/half-Asians and your ridiculous france fetish (typical white worshipping bs again). You look fucking pathetic - like some thai whore or filipina mail-order bride. Your son should be utterly disgusted to have such scum as a mother.ReplyDelete
I mean, why the hell would you see Asian kids get extreme hatred compared to whites & blacks every single day of their lives, then you say you want more of it...bet your son will respect you for siding with the enemy. Sieg heil, right?ReplyDelete
Don’t know who she is. Can’t find her on LinkedInReplyDelete
