how are you taking care of yourself and your loved ones during this time? are there certain things that are proving to be sources of motivation/inspiration? if so, please feel free to share. 

focusing on taking time to meditate, exercise and/or have a self-care experience at least 4-5 times a week. i try to focus on surrounding myself with people who have a positive mindset and a great attitude - that really helps me stay motivated. 


how do you embody kai's "breath*life*flow" lifestyle?

incorporating unstructured days with the family. we live in a life filled with schedules and structure. it helps me really appreciate life and think big picture when i have less structure once in a while - just go with the flow and do whatever we feel like doing that day.

what's the best advice you've ever received? 

don't be afraid to fail. 


do you have a mantra you live by? 

live your life and enjoy it like you have only five years to live. 


what's your beauty secret? or must have beauty product? 

Clear and Brilliant twice a year, and Milbon hair repair serum!

who is your role model?

my mom. she's classic, timeless, smart and extremely practical. 


how would you describe your personal style?

classic chic. 

what do you love most about where you live? any secret spots you love to go to?

i love the spontaneity, energy and culture of NYC. i love Marea, Mermaid Inn and Sushi Nonaka. i love Central Park on a cool fall day. just love walking in the park with my music on, warm jacket or sweater and just having some quiet alone time to think and reflect.

South of France. my favorite place.
