summer is in full swing and with fourth of july right around the corner, we’re planning to fire up the grill for a feast. along with a flavorful steak and a simple arugula salad, why not throw some fresh fruit on the barbecue?
I like to use peaches and pineapples – just slice them in half and place them cut side down on the hot grate for a few minutes. then I take them off and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and a tiny taste of sugar before finishing them under the broiler to really let the sugars caramelize. so easy and summery, the perfect ingredients for a scrumptious dinner and fun night!
