how do you embody kai’s “breath*life*flow” lifestyle?

i definitely like to live in the moment whether i’m at home or at work. at home, i like to enjoy the little things in life…and being spontaneous and doing whatever sounds good in the moment is always the best. the natural life brand has been created exactly the same way…we call it a living, breathing brand sometimes because we truly make what we love and market our treasures naturally through the stories of how and why we made them.

what’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

trust your gut…do what you love...and be yourself! if you don’t… it’s impossible to enjoy life!

do you have a mantra you live by?

enjoy the little things…for one day you might look back and realize they were the big things.

how would you describe your personal style?

i would describe my personal style as a casual bohemian hippie! haha!

what do you love most about where you live? any secret spots you love to go to?

i love the beach… where we live the beach is very secluded and you’re often out there by yourself. looking out over the ocean is always so comforting…it helps me feel closest to god and puts life in perspective.

favorite food?

desserts! :)

kai obsession?

kai body glow and body lotion... i love the smell so much!

morning person or night owl?

morning person for sure... favorite time is that 30-minute coffee time first thing in the morning.

what’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done?

toured around 3rd world countries like india, peru, guatemala and thailand getting inspired by the colorful handicrafts and textiles!
