how did you first discover kai? 

a friend gave me kai’s signature perfume oil a few years back and it was one of the best gifts i’ve ever received. ever since then, i’ve been hooked…

what’s your favorite kai product and why?

the signature perfume oil will forever be my favorite. i carry it with me everywhere i go. i love the light, airy scent of gardenia.

do you have a mantra you live by?

“find your tribe and love them hard” is a mantra i will forever live by… it’s all about finding your soul family - the people who support you through everything, inspire you endlessly and make every day feel like the best one yet. my tribe makes life more beautiful.

how would you describe your personal style?

i would describe my style as free-spirited, feminine, and classic. i’m a california girl, so i’ll always love the effortlessly cool vibe of a t-shirt and levi’s or a floral dress - paired with diamonds and gemstones, of course.

morning person or night owl?

i’m a morning person… i love to wake up early, meditate, get in a round of cardio or pilates, then have my morning tea. my morning ritual is sacred to me. it sparks an intentional energy that i carry with me throughout the day.

ideal way to relax/unwind?

it’s so hard to choose just one… i love kundalini yoga. i also love time in the sauna - even just 10 minutes of sweating it out can make me feel so relaxed. and of course, lighting up a candle and soaking in a tub with sea salt and lavender oil.
